Qualus is a software tool to support audit and compliance processes. The customer remains responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, standards, and internal policies.

We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available; however, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

Users must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

The Qualus software, design, features, and related intellectual property remain the property of Kanishka Software Private Limited. No ownership rights are transferred to the customer.

Any third-party integrations or services may be subject to the respective third party's terms and conditions.

Kanishka Software will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Kanishka Software may update or modify the service and these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the applicable courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
